Photo editing is where you can change and add effects to a picture or drawing. There are several things you can change about the photo such as the brightness, add boarders, change the color types, add effects to the background of your picture and so much more. So web tools that can be used to edit your photos are Pixlr, Fotoflexer, and Befunky. To have a nice, interesting edited photo you should make sure you change several things and add new effects. You want to change the picture so it looks different than before. Make sure it is your photo and doesn't look like somebody else's work, create your own work of art!
Photo editing was my favorite part of this year, pixlr was my favorite of the sites. those pictures are done really well.
